Hi, I'm Tim, a native Nashvillian, born and bred in the Goodlettsville Madison area from a family who's been in Tennessee since 1809 and who's grandfather's grandfather has a county name after him. With that, enough about me, it's what I can do for you.

The first part of my life was spent in corporate management where I was exceptional when it came to managing multiple retail stores across several states and coordinating new store openings from the concrete being laid to the opening of the doors on grand opening day.  At the high point of my career I managed over a 1/3rd of a billion dollars annually between 13 stores in 7 states with over 1000 employees, 100 managers and took the title of customer service manager of the year multiple times.  I managed people, sales and projects enthusiastically.

In a change of career starting in 2005 I moved into real estate where I quickly transitioned into my own real estate brokerage with my business partner's in the northern part of Davidson County.  It was during this time, not only serving as the general manager, I worked with residential home seller's and buyers, as well as large scale residential real estate inventors.

During this period, I was the founder of Nashville's then 2nd largest virtual tour company that partnered with over 50 real estate brokerages across the mid-state area.

​

For the last decade I have had the honor of serving the middle Tennessee area as a senior sales consultant for the most respected and largest home improvement company in Tennessee.

In 2023 I have returned back to real estate and looking forward to serving you!
